This class focuses on foundational lifts like the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press. Each 60-minute session is dedicated to either upper or lower body, with accessory and core work included to support your progress.

Hybrid Training

A 60-minute class designed to help you build endurance, improve your running, and build strength. Each class blends structured running and cardio intervals with strength training and longer-form cardio conditioning.
